Like, you draw a crocodile, then you get, like, a bunch of the fish, and then they grow up, and they look just like the picture.”
“Oh yeah, the picture is just like ‘What’s this guy going to do, you’re going to throw darts at him,'” Binkowski said.
“It’s funny how it just kind of came together,” he added. “But it could be that I didn’t really see it yet.”

One of the most widely-held allegations is that Mr. Comey, who was running the bureau as FBI director in 2012, took action to tamp down on the Justice Department’s investigation into Hillary Rodham Clinton, then secretary of state.
The other is that Ms. Clinton was at the center of a criminal conspiracy run through the Justice Department and involving her husband, former President Bill Clinton, and the Obama administration. Both cases, the FBI has said, will ultimately be resolved by a separate, independent panel.
Both sets of statements have led Democrats in Congress to call Tuesday for Mr. Comey to be dismissed.
Mr. Comey has been under criticism since last Friday after he told Congress during an on-campus interview that he would not press the case against Mrs. Clinton or her aides for mishandling classified information. Though he said he did not recommend criminal charges against either Mrs. Clinton or her aides, Republican lawmakers, including two former directors of the bureau, have tried to tie him to political reasons.
