How do you draw easy hair?

I usually draw simple patterns that I can copy and see it in a new light. In other words, I try to capture a few elements that I can use for other people. For example, I draw simple lines that can be used for other, similar, hairstyles and I draw small flowers. I also use a flat brush and my eyes for this kind of drawing. At the same time, I draw my eye out and do a lot of little touches to make my eyes pop out.

What is your next project on the horizon?

I wanted to draw a picture based on a story I read in an old magazine. The project is a portrait of a real-life woman. And I just want to make it better visually. I will definitely do more of these type of portraits.

Where do you see yourself in five years?

I’m really in a good place in my life right now. I’ve been really loving the work I’m doing lately; and it’s been great working with my editor. I have a lot to look forward to. I’ve been to the beach twice in the last year, which means I’ve been to two different places in the ocean. I’m so into surf culture that I’m planning on living in a surf camp and I also want to go to the beach in December.

What is your advice to aspiring photographers considering going into marketing?

I believe in what you do. I work a lot with other photographers and this can help me. The more you work to make connections with your clients, the smoother you become at marketing.
