But that’s OK.
You can still use the w2 form on Rover’s website so you don’t need to fill out the form.
What about the other form fields?
For our other form fields and the other contact forms, you can use the default form fields, such as First Name, or type your own fields.
For example, you can fill out your Name on your e-mail, or say “I am interested in sending a thank you email” on Form 1, and then include your Name on your Rover Form.
What about an address on Form 1?
No, you can’t.
You do have the option, however, to submit your address to us. You can write down your address on the form, but only by hand. You’ll also need to include a copy of any existing insurance you maintain on your car.
How do I change my Name?
If your legal name or name on your Rover Form 1 is the same, your legal name and Rover Form 1 will be the same.
But if you have a different legal name from your Rover Form 1, or your legal name is different from your name on the form, you can change it so that the name matches.
The process is the same as you would use any other form.

No, you can’t.
You need to change the name on your Rover to the name on your Rover Form 1.
