I’m not talking about going on a dance vacation or something like that.

I am talking about the regular everyday things you have to do for your body to function.

You wake up in the morning, you shower and you get dressed. You eat, you drink, you go to where ever you need to go, your eyes need to see where you are, your ears need to hear where you’re going and that’s why it is hard to step into dancing.

And that means it is not about that fast moving, exciting dance, but a lot of rest and recovery.
